Taiwan Tripping (PART 1)

Story-taime!

Well, I actually meant picture-time! My god, in fact this is going to be long spam of our pictures in Taiwan. I'm sorry but I have quite a number of pictures to share from our previous trip before I forget the details in Taipei and Taichung. I have no idea why am I so excited to upload these pictures because this is quite an impromptu oversea trip.

I have been working for quite some time, almost every weekend and staying back at work because of the on-going project. Despite the long hours spent in the office, I am really glad to say this, "Finally, it's over and there isn't any regrets because this is one of those projects that you can be really proud of yourself - one of a kind!

He came down and spent some time with me to plan our vacaycay. Of course, he has been bugging me to go over and vice-versa. I wanted to spend some quality time with him and my family, long story short - I make him stay home with me at night while I'm churning out documents and made him plan the first cut of our trip itinerary. My reasoning - HAHAHAHA, I can't read Chinese, baby!

There is a lot of ranting going before, during and post trip because I can't read the menu, I can't understand their map and the presence of coriander in my food. SMELLY VEGETABLES, eww.

We went Taiwan Tripping - 7D6N and spent 3D2N in Taichung. But seriously, you don't really need to spend two nights in Taichung because it was quite boring and we can't find anything else to do there. So, we felt it was quite a waste of our time and can't wait to go back to Taipei City.

This is the Elephant Mountain, within walking distance from Taipei 101.
By the way guys, probably you might want to consider bringing a towel or handkerchief in case you're a sweaty person like me. I remembered being a very whiny little fella when I climbed the stairs -__-

Day 2: Jiufen and Shifen

I love this place a lot, childhood memories watching the movie 'Spirited Away'

NEXT DAY: Leaving to Taichung

To be continued...
